I try to control my portion size when I eat out. I automatically divide my plate in half and ask for a to go box. Half my dinner/lunch goes in the to go box for another meal and I can proceed to clean my plate without feeling like I'm going to explode afterwards.

No, not redneck. I am a college-educated woman and by no stretch of the imagination would I ever consider myself a redneck.

You know, with that logic, people should be licensed to have children too. But then where would it end? Requiring licensure like that is a slippery slope. There are already a number of cities across the country that require registering your pets.

Not everyone should own a rabbit. And there are a lot of uses for rabbits other than as a pet. I raised New Zealands for three years in high school and they stayed in an outdoor hutch.

I agree with Janet and Peb - its nice to see a company willing to cut into the wages of their upper echelons of management rather than lay off even more people than they already plan to do.

My biggest pet peeve is reading a novel and finding spelling errors or punctuation marks where they shouldn't be and the book is published! What are editors for? One of my favorite errors was in the opening line where the author wrote "of" but put a big zero in between the letters.

Besides genetic makeup, maybe they've got more good cholesterol and less bad cholesterol in their systems because they don't live the traditional American stuff-ur-face-with-fatty-foods lifestyle.
